Overcliffe

Located within the Overcliffe Conservation Area, the principal issue was that the proposed development should preserve and enhance the character and appearance of the Conservation Area. Planning permission was granted for a modern single-storey rear extension to accommodate an open-plan kitchen/living/dining space.
